Deep Tissue/Muscular Therapy/Swedish Massage
Deep tissue massage allows to relieve tight muscles and connective tissue called fascia in the deeper layers. This helps to alleviate common soft tissue restrictions within the layers to release built up toxins and for better delivery of oxygen and blood circulation. Muscular/Sports therapy is similar to deep tissue with the primary focus on people who are athletes or are very active and require constant muscle conditioning on a regular basis. Swedish massage is an overall relaxation, full body session.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
MLD Massage is designed to increase the movement of lymph and interstitial fluid in the lymphatic system through very gentle pressure and relaxation massage techniques.
